		<description>this is a tuba and u need to do ure research it used to be a diplay peice until it was donated to some people  and it was restored to be functional completley the valves work just no one can reach.</description>

		<description>Too bad this tuba is only partially functional...The valves don&#039;t work...This tuba is orginally an outdoor display piece for a music store.  If someone would manufacture a FULLY FUNCTIONING tuba of the same size as the one displayed here,with working valves, this would be an ideal instrument for a large symphony or philharmonic orchestra!!!</description>
