I dont get this thing. It’s got two distinct eyebrows, but also has a big blue strip that could be a monobrow. Is is a poultice? Did he hit his head? Is that why he’s prancing around soliciting the good will of middle-aged women-because he’s delirious?
It could also be a sign holder, but there’s a sign above it already. It say’s “Butts out.”
